The primary account currency on roger44 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus calculations, and displayed balances are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. No currency conversion fees are charged by roger44 for MYR transactions; however, third-party payment providers such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX may apply their own transaction terms.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which roger44 is licensed to operate.
The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia.
